CLASS REMINDERS
These classes are designed to create an environment where everyone can learn, develop as soccer players and humans in a positive, encouraging community where they feel seen and known. These are not the kind of classes that are trying to create World Cup Stars at all costs, but they might. :)
To ensure a safe environment for all, mean words and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in having to sit out or being asked to leave without refund.
Your child needs a water and healthy snack for class. Drinking water will be encouraged during each class. Their snack can be eaten before or after class.
We ask that parents lead by example by refraining from soda, gatorade, and unhealthy snacks on a regular basis because without modeling these behaviors, we have no way of encouraging the kids to eat and drink healthily and in a way that supports the children’s mood, focus and energy levels on and off the field.
Cleats and athletic clothing are required for all participants so children can feel comfortable and safe trying new movements. Please no jeans, dresses, or boots.
Light rain will NOT be reason to cancel a class. In the rare case of weather cancellation, no refunds, credits or make up classes will be issued.
See you at the park!

The Ianni Training Method
The Ianni Training method is a program developed through years of professional playing experience, coaching youth and personal reflection that centers around pointing children toward their ability to create/ choose their experience of sports/life.
Children get to experience an environment of love and safety (void of shame & pressure) which fosters a positive relationship with physical activity, play and games while helping children experiment and reflect on the type of teammate, player & person they want to be.
By giving players the space to try on different archetypes in a patient and accountable environment, the players get to work on coming to their own grounded conclusions regarding who they want to be, how they want to feel and how they want to think when competing.
When they have the opportunity to practice juggling a ball, and a child says “I can’t juggle”, Patrick smiles and says “You either can or you can’t… Which is it?” Because your answer to that question will determine whether your body cooperates with the act of juggling.”
